Different roles require different skills. iPlace’s training is designed to address an employee’s development as they progress in their partnership with iPlace.

iPlace’s recruiters and sourcers are dependable, have excellent communication skills, and are well trained. New recruiters and sourcers who do not have international recruiting experience attend iPlace Academy™, our nine-week intensive training and mentoring program, before being assigned to a client account. They are also personally trained once a year by internationally recognized sourcing expert, Shally Steckerl, Founder and President of The Sourcing Institute.
