iPlace’s recruiters and sourcers are dependable, have excellent communication skills, and are well trained. New recruiters and sourcers who do not have international recruiting experience attend iPlace Academy™, our nine-week intensive training and mentoring program, before being assigned to a client account. They are also personally trained once a year by internationally recognized sourcing expert, Shally Steckerl, Founder and President of The Sourcing Institute.
