A one-month trial can be for any combination of iPlace’s services. At the end of the trial you would give a thumbs up or thumbs down. If you give a thumbs up, our trial agreement would automatically convert to our standard month-to-month agreement that can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. If you give a thumbs down you would pay for the trial, but work would stop immediately and you would have no further obligations.
Similar to a staffing agency, iPlace submits highly qualified candidates who are precise fits with your job orders. If hired by you, the candidates become your full-time employees or directly execute consulting contracts with you. iPlace is not a party to the contractual relationship between the candidate and you.
iPlace’s sourcers find the candidates your in-house recruiters are missing. iPlace’s sourcers work during the US night (the Indian dayshift). Send iPlace job orders at the end of your work day and before your recruiters come in the next morning, iPlace submits resumes of high-caliber candidates along with a Candidate Submittal Report that summarizes each candidate’s qualifications. Candidates are identified from a wide variety of sources – not just job boards. Sourcers also send candidates emails and when the candidate replies, the responses are automatically redirected to your in-house recruiters. iPlace’s sourcers do not speak directly to candidates.
Preliminary Qualification (Pre-Qual) Recruiting
iPlace’s pre-qual recruiters save your in-house recruiters time and allow you to close more job orders. Pre-qual recruiters work during the US day (Indian nightshift) and interact with candidates using scripts and email templates. The pre-qual recruiters source and then confirm the candidates’ availability and interest in the position. Interested and available candidates answer a list of screening questions that have been developed in conjunction with you and submit an updated resume. Resumes of only those candidates who are interested, available, and pre-qualified are forwarded to your onshore recruiters. Last of all, iPlace’s pre-qual recruiters schedule and confirm a comprehensive qualification interview between the candidate and your in-house recruiter.
Full Lifecycle Recruiting
iPlace’s full lifecycle recruiters perform end-to-end recruiting tasks that may include sourcing, comprehensive candidate interviewing and qualification, negotiating pay rates, administering online tests, submitting formatted resumes with detailed candidate cover notes, and conducting background and reference checks. iPlace’s full lifecycle recruiters have extensive international (US, Canadian, and/or UK) recruiting experience. The full lifecycle recruiters work during the US day (Indian nightshift) so that they can interact with candidates in real time. Candidates presented by iPlace are ready to be submitted to your hiring managers without re-qualification by you.
