Ben is based in iPlace’s corporate headquarters in McLean, VA (USA). He is responsible for selling iPlace’s sourcing and recruiting services, and working with the team in India to ensure the success of his clients. His role is to collaborate with clients to understand their business strategies and create recruiting solutions to meet their talent needs.
Ben has over four years of sales experience; the last two years he focused on sales with staffing firms. He has sold and managed both VMS and non-VMS accounts. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations, and he has developed strong relationships with MSPs in the VMS world and hiring managers for non-VMS clients. He will be working closely with clients interested in iPlace’s unique iVMS360 full lifecycle MSP/VMS management service introduced to the market in January.
