Director, Business Development
As Business Development Director, Ben is responsible for selling iPlace’s sourcing and recruiting services, and working with the team in India to ensure the success of his clients. Ben has over four years of sales experience including two years in sales with staffing firms. He has sold and managed both VMS and non-VMS accounts. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 to non-profit companies, and he has developed long-lasting relationships with MSPs in the VMS world and hiring managers for non-VMS clients.
Ben is entrepreneurial, a strong strategic thinker, and loves building businesses. His approach to selling is to understand the client’s needs, and to propose win-win solutions.
When Ben is not at work, he is most likely watching ESPN or playing basketball with his friends. His all-time favorite quote is, “Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.” (Jimmy Valvano)
