Sourcing Manager

Chinar has more than three years of experience in international sourcing. She joined iPlace in the year 2011 and now serves as a Sourcing Manager. She is currently leading a team of sourcers and senior sourcers and following a client priority oriented structure where client expectations and deliverables are considered priority.

Chinar is responsible for team development, maintaining a healthy competitive environment and sharing knowledge among colleagues and team mates. She is also responsible of working closely with clients to address any concerns or service improvements. She also works with the Sourcing Heads to identify, develop, implement and document new processes to improve the overall service delivered to clients.

Chinar’s teams’ industry focuses span the IT and Non – IT domain. They typically work on the following positions: Developers / Architects, Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP, Database Administrators / Developers, Project Managers, Business / Systems Analysts, QA’s System Engineers and Administrators, Network Engineers and Administrators, Support/Help Desk, Technical Writers, Under Writers Client Partners, and Business Development Professionals.

She has also worked with various VMS and Corporate Clients. She has worked on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, CATS, erecruit and Avature. Here at iPlace, Chinar was awarded ‘Star Sourcer of the Month.’ In college, while pursuing her MBA she was awarded ‘The Best Student Award.’

Prior to joining iPlace, Chinar was an Associate Professor at SSBES Institute of Technology and Management. The subjects she taught were Human Resources, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Leadership and Change Management, Training, Development and Communication.

Something about her that most people would find surprising is that she is a phenomenal keyboard player. Her talent has always been playing the keyboard and she finds it extremely relaxing.
