John began his recruiting career with iPlace in 2011 and now serves as a Head of Special Projects (Recruiting). He is highly skilled in mergers and acquisitions, searching for new business avenues, leveraging core competencies, compensation planning, and benefits administration. He is an experienced professional with a proven track record in screening, interviewing, and pre-qualifying industry leaders in executive level positions across multiple industries including IT, Federal, State and Local Government, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Finance, and Manufacturing.
John serves as the principal point of contact for getting new business ventures, client onboarding, placing the right candidate with the right company, managing sourcing and recruiting teams, and heading performance improvement initiatives. He has received numerous appreciation emails from clients and was also awarded Star Recruiter of the month.
Here at iPlace, John and his team’s areas of search expertise includes VMS and Success-based full time\permanent recruiting. His team has worked on some really challenging VMS accounts and successfully turned them into revenue generating accounts.
