Keith Anderson (Nitin Kannure)

Head of Recruiting

Keith has over five years of experience in recruiting operations involving client management, team management, and recruiting for key accounts. He began his recruiting career with iPlace in 2010 and now serves as a Recruiting Head. He’s a hands-on leader, streamlining business operations and processes that drive growth, efficiency and productivity.

Keith serves as the principal contact for iPlace’s recruiting clients, overseeing the programs for several recruiting teams, as well as spearheading performance improvement initiatives. His teams focus on both IT and Non – IT domains in VMS and Non-VMS recruiting models. Keith and his teams have done end to end recruiting for clients. They have recruited professionals across multiple industries and specialize in managing recruiting for VMS accounts with end clients such as Accenture, IBM, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Siemens, Dell, Duke Energy, Cox, Verizon, Pfizer and Zoetis, etc. Keith and his team have also worked with MSP’s including Randstad, Allegis, Kelly Services, Agile1 and Pontoon.

During his summer internship, Keith, worked on a formal project for Vishay Components, India (A US based manufacturing company of electrical components) where he designed and executed a competency mapping and gap analysis program for 900+ employees. In college, he was the top ranking student for four consecutive years. Something about him that most people would find surprising is that he is good at acting and likes reading magazines from back to front.
