Training Manager, iPlace Academy and Minimum Proficiency Programs
Poonam has more than nine years of experience in international recruiting. She began her recruiting career with iPlace in 2010 and now serves as a Training Manager. She is responsible for iPlace’s training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Her teams’ industry focus includes both the IT and Non – IT domains. Areas of search expertise include VMS Recruiting and Managed Account Recruiting. She specializes in VMS clients. Her teams have also worked on the following positions: Developers/Architects, Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP, Database Administrators/Developers, Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, QA’s System Engineers and Administrators, Network Engineers and Administrators, Support/Help Desk, and Technical Writers.
Here, at iPlace, she has recommended great ideas including developing iPlace Academy programs. She also has advanced knowledge of the following software and tools: Job Boards like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, JobServe, Indeed, ATS’s like Bullhorn, CATS, Sendouts, MaxHire, and JobDiva.
During her summer internship, Poonam worked a few projects with an NGO where she taught and trained the underprivileged children. Something about her that most people would find surprising is that she does not like sweets, not even chocolates.
