Naveen heads recruiting teams working with technology companies in the US and India. Naveen has broad experience having managed teams working under different recruiting models, including outsourced recruiting, direct hiring, VMS, and RPO.

Naveen worked with Randstad Technologies as a West Coast – Talent Specialist for over two years and earlier as an Account Manager with ASK Staffing. He has recruited for many industries, including information technology, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, oil and energy, and federal.

Naveen holds an MBA in Human Resources. He completed a certification in Full Lifecycle Recruitment and trained in Lean Six Sigma White Belt through Randstad Technologies. He likes to play table tennis and is an avid follower of Formula 1. Music and long drives help him take a breather from the busy schedule. Binge-watching Netflix series is Naveen’s favorite pastime since the pandemic!
