Nikita is responsible for client servicing for iPlace’s success-based business in the EU, APAC, and the US. She handles strategic account management, team management, and performance management for her accounts. Nikita is a hard-working and dedicated iPlacer, always ready for any challenge coming her way.

Nikita began her recruiting career with iPlace over ten years ago and has excelled in contingent hiring, leadership hiring for corporations, account management, and training and professional development. Before iPlace, Nikita worked with a web solutions company where she managed a team of 40 in-house and freelance content writers.

Nikita completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce with a Business Administration and Finance specialization from Pune University. She enjoys reading Adam Grant books and articles to learn more about finding motivation and meaning and living more generous and creative lives. To unwind, she likes exploring new restaurants and cuisines with friends and has recently taken up gardening as a hobby. Music is medicine to her mind and soul, and she enjoys different genres like Country, Pop, R&B, and Reggae. She also has a melodious voice and often performs at community events outside of work.
