Chinar leads client servicing for iPlace’s sourcing and recruiting services in North America and APAC regions. She has several years of strategic talent and account management experience and is adept at building long-term client relationships. Diversity hiring is Chinar’s core expertise.

Through her recruiting journey as a trainee to a VP, Chinar has developed expertise in passive and active candidate sourcing, D&I, information technology, healthcare, financial services, sales, business strategy, team management, and account management. She previously worked as an Associate Professor of Human Resources at a technology and management institute.

Chinar has an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. She is creative and loves music and painting. Cooking is her passion, which helps her wind down after a busy day. She also enjoys an occasional game of chess.
