Hank founded iPlace in 2006 and is Chair of the company’s board of directors. He developed and set up the company’s business model and implemented iPlace’s vision and global business strategies. Hank coached and developed the leadership team, most of whom began their careers with iPlace eight or more years ago. Working incessantly since day one, Hank built a strong foundation empowering iPlace to become the largest Indian recruiting firm serving global clients.
Hank has 39 years of experience in sales, marketing, business strategy development, and general management. His industry expertise ranges right from home automation, information technology, telecommunications, right up to nuclear energy. Before heading offshore recruiting firms, Hank held senior management positions in venture capital-backed technology companies.
Hank completed his Master’s from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a hard-core Pittsburgher and loves rooting for the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. Hank also enjoys traveling and hiking, but what he loves most is spending time with his family.
