Mark is responsible for delivery management, defining and implementing standards and processes, and managing iPlace’s recruiting teams across a broad portfolio of accounts. He has a strong background leading and coaching recruiting teams working for clients in information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain and logistics in North America.

Before joining iPlace, Mark worked with PSG Global Solutions for 6.5 years. He spent the initial 7+ years of his career at Genpact and received the “GOLD Award” for exemplary performance and demonstration of Genpact values.

Mark studied for Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology from the University of the Philippines. He enjoys traveling to beaches and mountains and loves spending time with his dogs. Playing MMORPG games with friends, watching a feel-good movie, or reading a light novel help Mark unwind after a busy week. His fitness mantras include intermittent fasting, combat dance, and body-weight training.
