Payal has over 12 years of experience in recruiting and managing iPlace’s talent acquisition team for internal hiring. She works with senior management to forecast iPlace’s sourcer and recruiter staffing needs, and then works with her team to recruit exceptional talent to fulfil the forecast. Her strength is ensuring a great candidate experience, which has enabled her to develop a vast and powerful talent network.
Payal started her career with iPlace after getting hired through a college recruitment drive. She joined as an Associate Recruiter and spent several years working for US-based clients. This gave her much-needed exposure to understand the skills and attributes required of an international recruiter.
Payal holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pune University. She loves traveling and exploring new places; it helps her to reset. She is a spirited shopper, and without a doubt, her favorite movie is Confessions of a Shopaholic. Payal is also interested in interior design and has tastefully decorated her home.
