Know About Purvi


Purvi heads HR operations across all business units and departments at iPlace. She has 11+ years of rich experience in leadership and management of full-spectrum HR functions. She successfully builds, enhances, and optimizes processes, technologies, and performance systems to create value. Purvi believes effective communication is at the core of successful leaders and businesses.

Before joining iPlace, Purvi was an HR Manager with SMARTe, a global B2B data platform. She helped build the programs and policies across different verticals in the organization. Her strong suit is to design end-to-end process cycles, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure implementation and participation by all stakeholders. In her previous jobs, Purvi drove HR process automation from manual workdays to HRIS like Keka, Zoho, Bamboo, and HR Mantra.

Purvi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai University. She enjoys dancing, yoga, traveling, and watching movies and web series. Her favorite sports are table tennis and badminton. Spending time with family and friends and going on late-night drives are what help her unwind.
