Rituraj is a Vice President – Service Delivery leading several large recruiting teams working on bulk-hiring, core IT, and engineering projects for staffing firms in North America. He is a caring leader and team player who makes time to coach and develop his team members.

Rituraj joined iPlace as a recruiter 6+ years ago and has expertise in the healthcare, information technology, banking, manufacturing, engineering, and automotive industries. Previously, he did a brief stint at Appco Group as a Business Development Executive.

Rituraj holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is a motor enthusiast and a part-time musician. He enthralled everyone at the company’s first virtual anniversary celebration in 2020 with his fantastic guitar and vocal skills!
