Know About Sean

As the VP – People, Sean provides efficient leadership and direction to internal and external teams working on different people functions. He heads the HR, talent acquisition, finance, shared services, IT, and data analytics teams. Sean is the go-to person for everyone at iPlace, right from a new employee to executive management.

Sean joined iPlace as a Senior Recruiter before moving into a corporate role three years later. In 2011, Sean was awarded the “iPlace Mission Award” for best exemplifying the company’s core values. Before iPlace, Sean worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter on ERP positions for US Fortune 500 clients.

Sean has completed his MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. He also holds diplomas in Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. Sean makes it a point to take time out on weekends to walk and jog – his mantra for keeping himself fit. He enjoys sports and has won many trophies in badminton and pool.
