Jhumur has 7.5 years of recruiting experience and leads the end-to-end delivery for iPlace’s staffing clients in the US. She is skilled at client management, performance management, and training and development. Her core strength is ensuring service excellence with innovation, process improvement, and fast turn-around.

Before iPlace, Jhumur worked with ICONMA for seven years in delivery and account management roles. She began her career in customer service with ten years supporting banking and insurance clients.

Jhumur’s extensive academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Physics, Master’s in Electronics, Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism, ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Jhumur enjoys cartoons and retro Bollywood music in her free time. She likes meeting with people, and spending time with her family helps her take a break from the daily routine.
