Payal Singh

Human Resources Team Lead

Payal is responsible for talent acquisition. She has four years of experience in conducting full-cycle recruitment of new employees, placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, managing orientation and onboarding processes. She is an expert at volume hiring and full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage negotiations and salary trends analysis plus relationship management).

Over the years, she has demonstrated great ability to meet demanding deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. She has a thorough understanding of human resource management and comes up with innovative approaches in talent acquisition. Her areas of recruiting expertise includes talent acquisition/lateral requirements, orientation, onboarding, and culture building. Because of her excellent understanding of local industry trends, she gives recommendations to iPlace’s leadership for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices as it relates to the internal recruiting process.

Here at iPlace, Payal’s helping prepare the road map for implementing performance-based hiring and also assisting in measuring and analyzing quality ROI for the program. She has strong written and verbal communication skills and possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Office™.

Something about her that most people would find surprising is that she is very passionate about interior design. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, loves antique shopping and any travel she can fit into her schedule and budget. A quirky thing about her is that she can remember the exact retail price of all the things that she’s seen in a store or bought a long time ago.

Payal has traveled abroad and most recently visited Bangkok, Thailand. Her all time favorite quote is, “The highest levels of performance come to people who are centered, intuitive, creative, and reflective – people who know to see a problem as an opportunity.” – Deepak Chopra
