Know About Roy

Roy has held several leadership roles in recruiting, client management, and service delivery at iPlace. He pioneered iPlace’s partnerships with top recruiting platforms, launching iPlace as one of the biggest suppliers for permanent placements for several healthcare accounts. He currently heads global service delivery and directs the work of a large team of recruiting managers. Roy is responsible for creating recruiting processes, managing the operations group, and ensuring service delivery metrics are exceeded for all his clients.

Before joining iPlace eleven years ago, Roy worked at a staffing company recruiting technical candidates for niche positions for American Fortune 500 clients.

In his free time, you may find Roy immersed in an interesting series or a documentary on Netflix. He is also an avid reader. Most days, Roy hangs out at his favorite coffee shop a few hours before work; he either catches up on his reading or gets a head start on the day’s work.
