At iPlace, this belief took shape in 2016 with the launch of WeMakeaDifference (WeMAD), our CSR program. What began as a small initiative has grown into a meaningful part of who we are as an organization. Over the years, WeMakeaDifference has united iPlacers across the globe who share a common purpose — to give back, support the less privileged, and make a lasting impact in the community.

- Dedicate first three quarters of the year for each of the three focus areas.
- Conduct donation drives within iPlace to support these initiatives.
- Support individual causes with innovative ideas (DIY shelters, food drives, etc.)
- Integrate festivities at the end of every year with all three CSR focus areas.
