Ghanshyam provides strategic and financial leadership across all business units at iPlace. He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, taxation, and investor relations. Ghanshyam is proficient with the IFRS Standards and GAAP principles in India, UK, and the US. He conducts financial sessions for iPlacers to help them with their personal financial and tax planning.
Ghanshyam specializes in working with startups and mid-sized companies, helping them scale, raise venture capital, and secure higher valuations. He previously worked with a Big 4 consulting firm. Before joining iPlace, Ghanshyam founded his own company providing financial advisory and consulting to organizations backed by venture capital and private equity firms.
Ghanshyam is a Certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London. He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Ghanshyam loves sports, including cricket, swimming, golf, table tennis, badminton, chess, bowling, and snooker. He also enjoys watching reruns of Harry Potter movies. Music is his go-to zone whenever he needs some “me time.”
