As Chief Business Development Officer, Henry is responsible for managing iPlace’s client acquisition and account management teams. He is a strong coach who educates everyone on his team to ask questions, actively listen to and understand client needs, and then work collaboratively with clients to implement win-win solutions. Henry was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and because he excelled at client management, three years later he was put in charge of business development. Henry also sweats the details and ensures his team delivers through managing with data.
Before moving into management, Henry started with iPlace as a recruiter. His recruiting expertise spans many industries including healthcare, information technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, telecommunications, automotive, and aviation. Before iPlace, he spent six years in the commercial airline industry.
Henry completed his MBA in Human Resources and has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. After a long day’s work, music and books are what help Henry relax. He enjoys sports, including cricket, football, badminton, sport diving, and powerlifting.
