Phase 1 - Understanding the Process

We began by deploying five recruiters to understand the client’s talent acquisition process and challenges. During this discovery phase, we found that recruiters were spending most of their time on basic pre-screening questions, which was slowing down hiring. Phase 2 - Streamlining Through Automation
