We must preserve the environment for future generations. An initiative taken by the Indian government has been the nation-wide campaign – Swachh Bharat Mission. The campaign aims to clean the cities, towns, and rural areas in India and spread awareness of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
iPlace has actively participated in the Swachh Bharat Mission to help create a cleaner and healthier environment for our future generations.
iPlace focuses on various environmental initiatives:
- iPlace has worked with the Swachh Bharat mission on projects in Pune such as cleaning riverbeds and a make-over of bridges.
- The WeMakeaDifference team has executed ‘Adopt-a-Plant’ drives and educated the employees on best practices to keep the environment clean and healthy.
- A significant initiative is to go paperless! As of July 2019, iPlace is a paperless company – we ran a stringent campaign to educate iPlacers and minimize the use of paper within our office.
