Phase 1 - Understanding the Process
We began by deploying five recruiters to understand the client’s talent acquisition process and challenges. During this discovery phase, we found that recruiters were spending most of their time on basic pre-screening questions, which was slowing down hiring. Additionally, reaching candidates during their work hours proved difficult, reducing engagement rates.
Phase 2 - Streamlining Through Automation
We implemented an automated application and pre-screening process, enabling candidates to respond on their own time. Recruiters then focused on final screenings and onboarding candidates who had already passed the pre-screen stage.
Phase 3 - Scaling for Impact
Once the process was stable and measurable, we rapidly scaled the team — reaching 74 recruiters at its peak to accelerate hiring and meet the client’s production ramp-up goals.
