October 30, 2019
McLean, Virginia, October 30, 2019 – The TechServe Alliance 2019 Conference and Tradeshow will be held from Tuesday, November 5 to Thursday, November 7, at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, CA. Hank Levine, iPlace’s President and CEO, will be presenting at the conference on Wednesday, November 6 at 2:45 PM PST.
The TechServe Alliance 2019 Conference & Tradeshow is an exclusive event for IT and Engineering Staffing firms. TechServe focuses on the most pressing challenges faced by these firms as well as opportunities for rapid and sustained growth.
Hank’s session “Using Gamification to Supercharge Recruiting Operations” will show how gamification can drive recruiters to perform better and can even be used to eliminate performance reviews. iPlace’s company-wide operating system based on gamification, called LaunchPad, has been deployed to over 500 sourcers and recruiters since 2015.
Susan Donahue, Chief Program Officer at TechServe Alliance, said,
Hank Levine’s session is new and unique content for the TechServe Alliance Conference and Tradeshow. IT and engineering staffing executives, account executives, and recruiters who are looking for a creative solution for managing and engaging their teams won’t want to miss this creative conversation.
LaunchPad has caught the attention of recruiting thought leaders and experts in using gamification in corporate strategy and to enhance employee engagement. Lorenzo Bizzi, an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at California State University, Fullerton, conducted a rigorous survey on the use of LaunchPad by iPlace employees in early 2019. A paper reporting on the findings from the survey will be published in 2020. When asked about the research,
Hank Levine said,
Lorenzo recently completed his research on LaunchPad and shared his findings and recommendations with us. Lorenzo found that LaunchPad helped iPlace increase revenue and productivity and significantly increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment. I am excited to share the key findings of Lorenzo’s research in my session at the TechServe 2019 conference.
