Hank Levine, Former President and CEO of iPlace, to Present at TechServe Alliance 2019 Conference and Tradeshow

Hank’s session “Using Gamification to Supercharge Recruiting Operations” will show how gamification can drive recruiters to perform better and can even be used to eliminate performance reviews. iPlace’s company-wide operating system based on gamification, called LaunchPad, has been deployed to over 500 sourcers and recruiters since 2015.

LaunchPad has caught the attention of recruiting thought leaders and experts in using gamification in corporate strategy and to enhance employee engagement. Lorenzo Bizzi, an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at California State University, Fullerton, conducted a rigorous survey on the use of LaunchPad by iPlace employees in early 2019.  A paper reporting on the findings from the survey will be published in 2020. When asked about the research,
