Pune, India: iPlace, a company providing professionally managed recruiting services for US corporations, today announced that they have occupied the sixth floor offices 601|2|3 of the World Trade Center building, Kharadi, Pune. These offices are adjacent to their existing spaces at 605|6|7 that opened last August. The new facility features eight offices and meeting rooms, one conference room, and workstations to support up to 200+ sourcers and recruiters per shift.
Henry Morris (Mujtaba Khan), Vice President Recruiting Operations said,
The entire company is excited to be growing so fast. Best yet, our growth is coming from both new and existing clients. As a result, there are great opportunities for our employees to move up in the company and develop professionally, The expansion into new offices was thoughtfully designed for the team to work effectively and is a perfect environment to welcome clients. It features smartly configured floor plans designed to promote employee productivity in a collaborative environment. The space is flexible, including interconnecting and accessible offices and fully-equipped conference rooms.
Aaliya Kashani, Vice President Sourcing Operations, said
To become a great company, we need to attract the best and brightest people. Giving them the best office to work, with the most advanced tools and training, is one of the many ways we support our great teams. New employees have cited our beautiful offices at the World Trade Center as one of the reasons they made the decision to join iPlace. I don’t think many organizations can say that about their physical plant. The investment shows how much the company cares about our employees. Our team is excited about our growth and the annex represents a solid commitment to continue to build on our success. The best is yet to come.
