iPlace Expanding Operations in the Philippines

iPlace is expanding delivery operations in the Philippines, where it has had a small team since the beginning of 2022. The growing Philippines team will benefit iPlace’s clients and partners worldwide with its strong understanding of the US culture, increased flexibility, excellent communication skills, more access to top talent, and, needless to say – significant cost savings.

Hank Levine, Former iPlace President and CEO, said,

2022 has been by far our best year in achieving our mission of maximizing financial returns for iPlace, our clients, and our employees. We had record revenues and profits in Q1 and Q2 and grew our headcount by over 20% to meet client demands. A focus for the remainder of 2022 is developing our operations in the Philippines.

To boost its delivery operations and build the Philippines team, iPlace brought Mark Vincent Pongol on board as Head – Service Delivery. Mark has led and coached recruiting teams working for North American clients in several sectors including information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain and logistics.
